We are looking for a Technical Lead who wants to learn and transform their career.

Technical lead with experience in Data Engineering, Data Architect and Data Analytics, who has mastery of Databricks and Azure Cloud.

Hard Skills (Technical Skills) –

1. Defining the technical structure of analytical solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
2. Ensuring that the data architecture is robust, with adequate governance, integrating different sources and tools, and that it can evolve according to the organization's needs.
3. Including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Mesh. Experience in data modeling and designing scalable solutions that address both large volumes of data and different sources and formats (structured, semi-structured and unstructured).
4. Ensure that data is efficiently integrated from multiple sources — internal and external, in real time or batch, such as SQL/NoSQL databases, legacy systems, APIs Building and orchestrating data pipelines using tools such as Data Build Tool (dbt) or Azure Data Fabric.
5. Must understand how the platforms work: Databricks, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Google BigQuery.
6. Ability to build, train and optimize predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
7. Ensure that solutions are developed with clean, reliable and well-structured data. Ability to plan and define the technical architecture of the project, including how data will be collected, transformed, stored and consumed.
8. Management of data pipelines that integrate diverse data sources and produce analysis results in an automated and efficient manner.
9. Be able to define how data transformations will be performed, ensure that the process is efficient and oversee the execution of data flows.
10. Be able to guide and mentor team members, providing support in skills development and helping to overcome technical challenges.
