Responsibilities

1. Technical Support :

• Provide solutions for NEV technical issues (battery, motor, charging systems, autonomous driving).
• Timely troubleshoot customer problems during product usage.

1. Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance :

• Diagnose NEV failures and assist after-sales teams in repair/debugging.

1. Technical Training :

• Conduct regular technical training for dealers/after-sales teams.
• Develop training materials and technical documentation.

Job Requirements

1. Education : College degree or above in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
2. Work Experience :

• Minimum 1 year experience in NEV (New Energy Vehicle) or automotive after-sales service.
• Candidates with EV technical support/maintenance experience preferred.

1. Technical Skills :

• Proficient in NEV core technologies: Battery Management System (BMS), electric drive systems, charging technology.
• Skilled in NEV fault diagnosis, maintenance, and debugging processes.
• Solid knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles for troubleshooting.

1. Communication : Strong coordination and communication skills with clients and teams.
2. Learning Ability : Quick learner with passion for mastering new technologies/products.
